Very Rev. Fr. Vincent Kayode Olofinkua, Ph.D.

Dr. Vincent Kayode Olofinkua is an accomplished education consultant, administrator, and leadership coach with over 12 years of professional experience in educational management, supervision and teacher development. He currently serves as the Provost of St. Augustine College of Education, Akoka, Lagos, where he leads academic innovation, institutional development, and leadership formation for teachers and education professionals.
Dr. Olofinkua holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Supervision from Fordham University, New York, USA, along with advanced degrees in theology and philosophy. His background blends academic excellence with pastoral and administrative experience, making him a dynamic leader in the education sector.
He has published widely in local and international journals on topics including educational leadership, job satisfaction and motivation, instructional supervision, cybersecurity in education, and sustainable school development. As co-founder of REJI Educational Consult, Dr. Olofinkua provides consultancy and training services in educational leadership, school improvement, and teacher capacity building.
He is a member of several professional bodies, including the Institute of Educational Leadership Practitioners of Nigeria (IELPN), National Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP), Association of Cyber Security Practitioners (ACSP) and the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi (USA).
Rev. Sr. Dr. MaryCeline Adesola Onafowope, OSf
Educational Administrator | Lecturer | Educational Technologist | Leadership Consultant
Dr. MaryCeline Adesola Onafowope is a highly accomplished and dedicated educator with extensive experience in educational administration, school leadership, and teacher development. She lectures in the Department of Educational Management at St. Augustine College of Education, Akoka, Lagos, where she also serves as Head of Department.
Dr. Onafowope holds a PhD in Educational Administration from Delta State University, Abraka, and has complemented her expertise with a Diploma in Cybersecurity and several international certifications in project planning, grant writing, leadership, and educational technology.
Before joining higher education, she served as Principal in several Catholic secondary schools, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership in academic improvement, staff development, and community engagement. Her teaching and research interests span educational leadership, school management, teacher motivation, cybersecurity in education, and faith-based administration.
She has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and co-authored book chapters on inclusive leadership, digital education, and effective school management. Dr. Onafowope also serves in leadership roles within the Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate Conception, and she actively mentors youth and educators through community and faith-based programs.
As co-founder of REJI Educational Consult, she is passionate about transforming education through leadership training, capacity building, research support, and professional consultancy services for schools and educators across Nigeria.
